Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs These provide a buttery base that complements the creamy layers.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Melted butter helps bind the crumbs together for a deliciously rich crust.

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries Use ripe, juicy strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese Room temperature for a smooth, creamy texture.
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar Sweetens the mixture perfectly.
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice Adds a zesty brightness.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Enhances the cheesecake flavor.

For the Whipped Cream Topping

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Adds a light and airy texture.
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar Dissolves easily to sweeten the whipped cream.

For the Strawberry Layer

  • 1 pkg strawberry Jello mix Gives the filling a pop of color.
  • 1 cup additional heavy whipping cream A second layer for fluffiness on top.
  • ¼ cup extra powdered sugar To sweeten the second batch of whipped cream.

How to Make No-Bake Strawberry Delight

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into a 9×9 pan. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
  • Dice enough strawberries to fill 1 cup, and set them aside. Slice the remaining strawberries lengthwise and pat them dry for later layering.
  • Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Beat the heavy whipping cream until you see soft peaks. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully mixed.
  • Divide the cheesecake mixture in half. To one half, add the Jello mix and diced strawberries, stirring until well combined.
  • Place sliced strawberries evenly over the graham cracker crust. Spread the plain cheesecake filling over the strawberries, then add the strawberry cheesecake layer on top.
  • Prepare another batch of whipped cream as in step 3. Spread or pipe it over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

Notes

This dessert tastes better when made a day before serving. Feel free to customize with other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for added flavor.
