Ingredients
  

For the Batter

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter not natural
  • 1 cup Sugar regular or brown sugar
  • 3 medium Mashed Bananas ripe
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 banana Banana Slices optional for decoration

For the Peanut Butter Drizzle

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter melted

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a large loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Mix in a large bowl by combining the slightly melted peanut butter, sugar, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth and well blended.
  • Stir in the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated. Mix in the flour gently until just combined.
  • Pour the rich batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with banana slices if desired.
  • Bake for about 55 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool the bread in the pan for 20 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
  • Drizzle melted peanut butter over the cooled loaf before slicing.

Notes

Optional: Add chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey treat. Ensure bananas are ripe for maximum sweetness.
