How to Make Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Beat the softened butter until creamy, then mix in the granulated and brown sugars.
  • Add in the egg, peanut butter, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Scoop and roll dough into 1.5-2 tablespoon-sized balls; coat them gently in sugar.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
