How to Make Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef

  • Slice your beef into strips and mix it with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes—overnight works best for deeper flavor!
  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sugar until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • In a large pot, simmer your broth and stir in gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt.
  • Add the ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook for about 3 minutes until al dente.
  • Heat a grill pan or skillet and sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized.
  • Divide the noodles and broth into bowls, then top with creamy sauce, sliced grilled beef, and garnishes.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate the beef well and customize the spice level according to your taste preferences.
