How to Make Zucchini Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 3 bread loaf pans or 2 larger loaf pans with a little oil or non-stick spray.
  • Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Start with the dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, then add the wet ingredients, mixing until everything is well blended and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased pans evenly.
  • Bake at 375°F for 40-50 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
  • Optional: Sprinkle extra chopped walnuts on top before baking for an added crunch.

Notes
