Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
  • Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them on one side of a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of lemon juice. Set aside.
  • After 15 minutes, add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned salmon alongside.
  • Melt the unsalted butter and stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh herbs, remaining garlic, and optional red pepper flakes.
  • Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon, potatoes, and broccoli.
  • Bake for an additional 12–15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the vegetables are cooked.
  • Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
