  • Prepare broccoli florets by tossing them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and add to the baking sheet after 20 minutes.
  • Melt unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Cook the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Plate your crispy potatoes and roasted broccoli with the salmon, drizzling with lemon butter sauce.
