How to Make Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  • Generously season the boneless, skinless chicken thighs with garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper.
  • Carefully place the seasoned chicken thighs into the hot skillet and sear for about 4 minutes.
  • Drizzle half of the fresh lemon juice over the chicken thighs after 4 minutes of searing.
  • Scatter the minced garlic and chopped parsley around the chicken in the butter, then flip the chicken and drizzle remaining lemon juice on top.
  • Place the whole green beans around the chicken in the skillet and cover with a lid.
  • Allow everything to cook for about 6 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • For softer green beans, remove the chicken and cover and cook the beans for an additional 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Notes

Garnish with extra chopped parsley for added freshness before serving.
