  • Zest and juice one of the lemons into a small bowl. Add juice from both lemons, along with olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano, paprika, and pepper. Whisk everything together until well blended.
  • Prepare the salmon by patting it dry and seasoning both sides generously with salt. Place it skin side down on the foil and pour the lemon garlic sauce over the top. Make sure to use a spoon or pastry brush to evenly coat the salmon.
  • Fold the foil over the salmon, creating a high tent to trap steam while baking. This helps the fish cook evenly, keeping it moist and flavorful.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon is almost cooked through and flakes easily at the thickest part.
  • Broil the salmon by carefully opening the foil and placing it under the broiler set to high for about 3 minutes. Keep a close eye on it to avoid overcooking and burning the lemon and garlic.
  • Garnish the cooked salmon with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes

For added flavor, consider doubling the lemon garlic sauce and drizzling it over the salmon after broiling for a more intense taste.
