Preparation

  • In a baking dish, layer Nilla wafers at the bottom, followed by cream cheese frosting, and then lemon curd. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with frosting.
  • Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  • Slice the cake and garnish with quick candied lemon peel. Serve chilled.
