How to Make Choc Chip Banana Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  • Whisk together the mashed bananas and melted butter in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Add both granulated and brown sugars to the banana mix; whisk until incorporated.
  • Mix in Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything is fully combined and smooth.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
