Instructions
 

Yogurt Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Vegetable Preparation

  • Mince garlic, slice grape tomatoes, dice cucumber, thinly slice red onion, and chop fresh parsley.

Rice Cooking

  • Start cooking the jasmine rice according to package instructions, usually 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice.

Ground Turkey Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and break it apart while cooking for 4-5 minutes until browned.

Seasoning Chicken

  • Stir in minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
