For the Punch

  • 1 can frozen limeade concentrate Do not add water!
  • 4 cups pineapple juice The star ingredient.
  • 2 liters ginger ale OR lemon-lime soda Choose one for fizz.

For the Fruit Garnish

  • 2 cups pineapple pieces Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup orange slices Adds splash of color.
  • 1 cup lime slices For a hint of tartness.

How to Make Pineapple Punch

  • Chill the ingredients by placing the pineapple juice, ginger ale (or lemon-lime soda), and frozen limeade concentrate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, pour in the chilled pineapple juice and limeade concentrate. Stir gently until fully combined.
  • Stir in vibrant pieces of fruit, such as fresh pineapple chunks, orange slices, and lime rounds.
  • Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled soda over the juice mixture and stir gently.

Notes

For optimal freshness, serve the punch right after adding soda. Optional: Add a sprig of mint for extra freshness.
