Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb ground sausage
  • - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • - ¼ cup milk
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - Optional: chopped herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix sausage and cheese in a large bowl.
  • Add biscuit mix, milk, and seasonings. Mix to form dough.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Place on lined baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.
