Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  • Mince the garlic finely and beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  • Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  • Create a well in the center of the dry mixture and add the ground beef, minced garlic, beaten eggs, and milk.
  • Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking, then divide the mixture into 24 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  • Grease the air fryer basket lightly and arrange the meatballs in a single layer.
  • Air fry the meatballs for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Rest the meatballs for 5 minutes after cooking.
