  • 1 sheet Crescent Dough Feel free to use any refrigerated crescent roll dough.
  • 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour Used for dusting the work surface.

For the Filling

  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese Camembert is a great substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce Consider using homemade for a fresh twist.

For the Garnish

  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary Can also use thyme or omit.

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a 24-cup mini muffin tin by spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Allow the brie to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  • Thaw and carefully separate the crescent dough. Roll out each triangle slightly.
  • Press each triangle into the muffin cups, ensuring you cover the edges well.
  • Place ½ teaspoon of brie in each cup, followed by ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  • Add a small piece of fresh rosemary on top of each bite.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and the brie is bubbly.
  • Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drizzle with honey for a sweet finishing touch. These bites can be made 4 hours ahead and refrigerated before baking.
