  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced or sliced as preferred.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground is preferred.

Cooking Instructions

  • Cut the beef chuck into 1-2 inch cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Sprinkle the beef cubes with salt and black pepper.

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 8-12 hours, aiming for about 10 hours.
  • Use tongs to remove and shred beef, discarding large pieces of fat, then return it to the pot.
