Cooking Instructions

  • Pat dry your filet mignon and shrimp with paper towels.

  • Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil.
  • Sear the steak for 4 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for another 3-4 minutes.

  • Sauté the shrimp for about 1 minute per side until pink and opaque.
  • Return the rested steak to the pan and spoon garlic rosemary butter over both the shrimp and steak.
