Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Carrots: Start by peeling the carrots and slicing them into 1 1/2-inch chunks. Set them aside.
Melt the Butter: In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until smooth. Pour it into the bottom of your slow cooker.
Combine Ingredients: Add the honey, orange zest, and kosher salt to the melted butter. Stir until well combined.
