- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans
- 1 15 oz can black beans
- 1 15 oz can corn
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes (optional)
- 2 cups broth beef or chicken
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper
- Optional toppings: cheese sour cream, cilantro
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a large pot. Drain fat.
Stir in taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Add beans, corn, tomatoes, and broth. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 20–25 minutes.
Adjust seasoning. Serve with your favorite toppings.
