Ingredients
  

  • - 2 lbs breakfast sausage
  • - 1 30–32 oz bag frozen tater tots
  • - 8 eggs
  • - 2 cups whole milk
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp onion powder
  • - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - Nonstick spray or butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook sausage until browned. Drain.
  • Layer sausage, frozen tots, and cheeses in dish.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour evenly over casserole.
  • Bake 60–70 minutes until set and golden.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
