  • Cook Vegetables: Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, until they start releasing their juices. Stir in the spinach and a pinch of garlic powder, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
  • Add Eggs: Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Use a spatula to gently stir the eggs.
  • Incorporate Feta: After 20-30 seconds, crumble the feta cheese over the top, folding gently.
  • Finish Cooking: Remove the skillet from heat. Allow residual heat to finish cooking the eggs.
