Ingredients
  

  • - ½ cup salted butter softened
  • - ½ cup granulated sugar
  • - 1 egg white
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - 20 soft caramels unwrapped
  • - 1 tbsp milk
  • - 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg white and vanilla; mix well.
  • Stir in flour and baking powder.
  • Roll dough to ⅜-inch thickness; cut circles.
  • Bake 6–8 minutes; cool completely.
  • Melt caramels with milk; spread on cookies.
  • Chill cookies for 10–15 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate and spread over caramel.
  • Let chocolate set; serve and enjoy!

Notes

- Store in an airtight container up to 5 days
- Freeze after assembling, before chocolate sets
