Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray your baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
  • Mix together strawberries, rhubarb, 3 tablespoons of flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl, then spoon it into the prepared baking dish.
  • Combine brown sugar, 1/2 cup of flour, softened butter, rolled oats, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Cut in the butter until coarse crumbs form, then stir in chopped pecans.
  • Sprinkle the topping over the strawberry-rhubarb mixture evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
