Ingredients
  

For the Tea Base

  • 1 bag Black Tea Can be substituted with green tea or herbal tea
  • ¾ cup Hot Water Heated to 180°F

For the Boba

  • ¼ cup Boba Pearls Use fruit jelly or popping boba as alternatives

For the Mango Blend

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Fresh mango can be used for less slushie texture
  • 1 cup Oat Milk Any plant milk can be used as an alternative
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup Adjust to taste

For Assembly

  • 1 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Steep the black tea bag in ¾ cup of hot water for 5 minutes, then strain and refrigerate until cooled.
  • Cook the boba pearls in boiling water until they float, then cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, drain, and mix with maple syrup.
  • Let frozen mango sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then blend with oat milk until smooth.
  • Layer the cooked boba at the bottom of a tall glass, followed by crushed ice.
  • Pour the chilled tea over the ice and top with the mango purée. Stir before serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added aroma and appearance. Serve immediately for the best experience.
