For the Pasta

For the Dressing

  • 1.33 cups mayonnaise Acts as the creamy base.

For the Salad

Preparation

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil water in a large pot. Add 1 pound of pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water and set aside until cool.
  • Mix the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together 1 ⅓ cups mayonnaise and ½ cup pickle juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine Flavors: Stir in ¼ cup of freshly chopped dill and 2 cups of chopped dill pickles.
  • Combine Pasta and Dressing: Gently fold in the cooled pasta to the dressing mixture.
  • Chill Out: Transfer the salad to the fridge and let it chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
