  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots peeled and shredded

  • 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar can substitute with apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar or honey/agave as alternatives
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional
  • to taste Salt & Pepper for seasoning

Steps to Make Red Cabbage Slaw

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together finely sliced red cabbage, chopped cilantro, and shredded carrots.
  • In a separate container, whisk rice vinegar, granulated sugar, honey, salt, and pepper until well blended and dissolved.
  • Pour the prepared dressing over the cabbage mixture and gently toss everything together.
  • Cover the bowl and let the slaw rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Give the slaw a good stir before serving to evenly distribute the dressing.
