How to Make Easter Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  • Rinse your fresh strawberries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, break your white chocolate into small pieces. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until it’s smooth and fully melted.
  • One by one, hold a strawberry by its green top, and dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring each is coated generously.
  • Lay your dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Once the chocolate has set, drizzle colored chocolate or sprinkle with edible glitter for decoration.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, store at room temperature for up to 1 day. Refrigerating can make chocolate tacky.
