How to Make Juicy Lobster Tails

  • Preheat the oven to BROIL at 500°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Using kitchen shears, cut down the middle of the shell without cutting through the meat. Gently crack the shell open and loosen the meat.
  • Place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet and optionally insert lemon wedges inside the shell for added flavor.
