Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to create the perfect environment for roasting.
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup until well combined.
  • Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, halve them lengthwise, and pat them dry. Toss with half of the glaze, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Place salmon filets skin-side down among the sprouts and brush the remaining glaze over the salmon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, checking the internal temperature of the salmon.
  • Switch your oven to broil and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the salmon reaches 125-130°F and the Brussels sprouts are golden brown.

Notes

Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon for extra zing before serving. Allow the salmon to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking for even cooking.
