Preparation Steps

  • Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers, keeping them close together for even cooking.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • For broiling, preheat the broiler and cook on a spray-coated sheet pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
