Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, onion powder, minced garlic, cilantro, and scallions. Mix thoroughly until well-blended and adjust the heat level to your preference.
  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it nice and hot while you assemble the sliders.
  • Carefully cut the dinner rolls in half. Layer the bottom halves with cheddar cheese, a generous swirl of ranch dressing, the buffalo chicken filling, followed by pepper jack cheese, and jalapeños if you're using them. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Whisk in the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika until the mixture is smooth. Brush this flavorful concoction over the assembled sliders and sprinkle with poppy seeds for a lovely finish.
  • Cover the sliders loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Allow the sliders to cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing into individual servings. Enjoy them warm for maximum cheesy goodness!

Notes

Garnish with extra cilantro for a pop of freshness. Adjust spices to your preference for a milder or hotter slider.
