Ingredients
  

  • **Honey Glazed Salmon**
  • - 4 4–6 oz skinless salmon filets, cubed
  • - 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • - 3 tbsp honey
  • - 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • - 1 tbsp sriracha
  • **Salmon Bowls**
  • - 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • - 1 medium avocado cubed or sliced
  • - 1 cup cucumber cubed or sliced
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • - 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • - 2 tsp honey
  • **Paprika Mayo Sauce**
  • - ⅓ cup light mayo
  • - 1 tbsp lime juice
  • - ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • - ¼ tsp cumin
  • - 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss salmon with avocado oil, honey, soy sauce, and sriracha. Spread on baking sheet.
  • Roast 10 min, then broil 2–3 min until crispy.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Toss avocado, cucumber, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, and honey.
  • Assemble bowls: rice base, top with salmon, veggies, and sauce.

Notes

- Make components ahead for quick assembly
- Use cauliflower rice for a low-carb version
- Sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance
