For the Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon Fillets Skin-on or skinless

For the Glaze

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup Use pure maple syrup for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Low-sodium for a lighter option
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Use yellow mustard in a pinch
  • 2 cloves Garlic Mince finely for even flavor distribution

Instructions

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
  • Mince the garlic cloves finely, then pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to help the glaze adhere better.
  • Whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth and well combined.
  • Place the salmon skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush one-third of the glaze over each fillet; set the remaining glaze aside for later.
  • Bake the salmon for 10 minutes, then brush it with the remaining glaze for added flavor and a beautiful sheen.
  • Continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily at an internal temperature of 135-145°F.
  • Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving, then drizzle with pan drippings for extra flavor.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for added color and freshness. Avoid overcooking to retain moisture.
